On the second anniversary of the EU Terrorist Content Online Regulation’s enactment, the Tech Against Terrorism Europe (TATE) initiative, in partnership with the NOTIONES network and the TCO Cluster projects of FRISCO and ALLIES, brings together a unique set of experts from across Europe. This webinar will delve into the online terror threat landscape, exploring countermeasures and discussing how enhanced cooperation and collaboration can mitigate online risks.

Purpose

This webinar aims to gather insights on significant questions regarding the evolution of terrorist content online, the effectiveness of the TCO Regulation, and the ongoing challenges for small Host Service Providers (HSPs). It will focus on the impact, outcomes, and lessons learned from various projects aimed at combating online terrorist content.

Key Questions

1. How has the landscape of terrorist content online changed in the last two years?
2. New data/statistics/evidence on how many and how small HSPs managed to implement the TCO Regulation?
3. Where do we stand two years later, do you see an improvement in the terrorist landscape online and a success of the projects in tackling online terrorist content and/or supporting HSPs with new tools and training?
